Courtyard View is a first floor flat right in the centre of Keswick. It looks out over the Packhorse Court shopping yard, so there's always a bit of life going on below.

The flat sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well-equipped and comfortable. The stairwell up to it is shared with the other flats, but the flat itself is all yours.

Everything in Keswick is on your doorstep. Shops, pubs, cafes. There's live music in the pub nearby sometimes in the summer and on bank holidays. You can hear it from the flat. Just so you know.

Derwentwater is a five minute walk. You can hire boats there. For walking, you can just step out the door and pick a path. The theatre is down by the lake too.

If you want to drive, you're in the middle of everything. Borrowdale is about ten minutes one way, and Thirlmere the other. Ambleside and Grasmere are within a twenty minute drive.

For facilities: there's a washing machine, WiFi, a TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. You can bring up to two dogs.
