Riverside Cottage
Riverside Cottage is in Keswick, right on the River Greta. You can hear the water from the front rooms. It's about a fifteen minute walk into the main part of town.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well looked after. The garden is small but it's got a patio bit that looks onto the river.
You're pretty much in the middle of everything from here. You can walk from the door up Latrigg, or further if you want. Derwentwater and the theatre are just through Hope Park. The launches go from there if you want a trip on the lake.
Keswick itself has all the shops you'd need for walking, and plenty of places to eat. The cottage parking is on site, which is useful.
Facilities: bed linen and towels are included. There's a TV and WiFi. One well-behaved dog is allowed. There's a washing machine. No specific mention of a dishwasher, so best to assume there isn't one.
