2 Greta Grove House
This is 2 Greta Grove House. It's an apartment in a block on the edge of Keswick. Ground floor. You can see Skiddaw from the patio.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well looked after with good quality things. It's comfortable.
The french doors open onto a small patio with a table and chairs. It looks over the River Greta. It's quiet for being so close to town.
You can walk into Keswick centre in about five or ten minutes. Everything's there: shops, a co-op, plenty of places to eat. You can also walk straight out from the door onto the footpaths. You don't need to drive to start a walk.
Derwentwater is a short walk away. You can get the launch from there. For a bigger day, you can drive up to Honister Pass or the Whinlatter Forest. Both are within half an hour.
Facilities wise: it's got parking right outside. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, and a cot and highchair if you need them. The whole place is on the ground floor and the entrance is wheelchair accessible. Bedding and towels are included. No pets, sorry.
