Poachers Cottage

Poachers Cottage is in Keswick. It's right next to the local pub, which serves ale and food. The cafe is across the road. It’s a handy spot.

It sleeps four, with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The rating is 3 Star. It's comfortable and clean. It’s not new or fancy, but it’s a solid base. Good for walkers.

You’re a few hundred yards from the main A66 road for getting around easily. The walk up Latrigg and towards Skiddaw starts about 400 yards away. It’s a ten minute walk through the park into Keswick town centre.

Facilities are all there: wifi, washing machine, parking on site. Bedding and towels are included. There’s a cot if you need one. The garden is yours to use and it's enclosed. No pets, sorry.

If you’re planning walks or days out, you might find these useful: Lake District National Park and National Trust Lake District.
