Linton
Linton is a terraced house in Keswick. It's about a five minute walk from the market square. You get a view of the river and the park from the front, and you can see Skiddaw from the windows.
It sleeps six people. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and has everything you need.
The back courtyard is small and gets the sun most of the day. It's enclosed, so it's fine for dogs. You can bring up to two.
You're right on the edge of town, so you can walk straight out onto the footpaths. Latrigg and Catbells are good starting points. For bigger walks, you've got Helvellyn and Blencathra not far off. You're also close to Derwentwater if you want to hire a boat.
In town, there's the usual stuff: pubs, cafes, shops, a supermarket. The Theatre by the Lake is nice if you fancy a show. For a rainy day, there's the Pencil Museum, which is exactly what it sounds like.
Facilities: it's got the basics covered. WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot if you need one. Parking for one car on site.
