This is Linton. It's a terraced house in Keswick, about five minutes' walk from the market square. You can see the river and Fitz Park from the front, and Skiddaw from the back. It gets the sun in the rear courtyard most of the day.
It sleeps six, in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well looked after. It's on a street, so there's some passing traffic. The parking space is about thirty yards from the door.
You can walk to everything in town. Plenty of pubs, restaurants, and shops. The Theatre by the Lake is a short walk along the river. For the lakes, Derwentwater is about a fifteen minute walk. You can hire rowing boats there.
For walking, you're right in it. Latrigg and Catbells are close. Helvellyn, Skiddaw, Blencathra are all within a half hour drive if you want a bigger day. The Lake District National Park site has all the route details.
The place has a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot if you need it. You can bring up to two dogs.
If you're planning trips, the National Trust Lake District page is useful for their places. For something different, the Pencil Museum is in town, or the Lakes Distillery is about twenty minutes drive.
