The Old Laundry 4 is a maisonette in Keswick. It's on the first and second floors of an old converted building. It's a two minute walk into the town centre, which is handy.
It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's well equipped and comfortable. You can use the stairs or there's a lift, which is useful if you've got bags.
The main thing is the parking. You get a secure garage, which is rare for Keswick. Saves you worrying about parking permits or finding a space. There's also a roof terrace. It's timber decked and private, a good spot if you get a sunny evening.
The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's WiFi and a TV, the usual stuff.
You're a hundred yards from a shop, a pub, and a restaurant. Everything in Keswick is close. For a bigger shop, Booths supermarket is about five minutes walk.
From there, you're right in the northern Lake District. Derwentwater is about a fifteen minute walk. For walks, you can head up Latrigg, or for something bigger, Skiddaw is right there. Driving, you can get to Borrowdale or up to Thirlmere in about fifteen minutes.
