It's a first-floor apartment in Keswick, number nine. It's part of a small, quiet development just on the edge of town.
You get two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is useful. It sleeps four. The washing machine and dishwasher are there, and there's a parking space.
The main thing is the view from the living room. You look straight out at the fells. There's no garden, but you're practically on the edge of the fields. You can be on a walking path in a minute.
It's a ten-minute walk into the middle of Keswick. So you've got the shops and pubs, but you're not right in the noise. It feels more peaceful.
For a good day out, Derwentwater is close. You can get a boat from there. The Theatre by the Lake is a nice spot if you fancy a show.
