This is 9 Howrah's Court in Keswick. It’s a first floor apartment in a modern block on the edge of town, so you get quiet views over the fells but you can walk into the centre in a few minutes.
It’s got two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy. Sleeps four. It’s got a 4 Star rating so it’s well equipped and comfortable.
You can park on site. There’s a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. We’ve got a cot and highchair if you need them. No pets.
You can walk straight from the door into the fells. It’s about a ten minute walk into Keswick for the shops, cafes, and the pub. The town gets busy in summer but it’s a good base.
Derwentwater is about a mile away. You can hire a boat or just walk around it. Catbells is a popular walk that’s close by. For a longer day out, Borrowdale and Buttermere are both within a half hour drive.
