Turners Lodge is on the edge of Keswick. It's one of a group of apartments in a building called Howrah’s Court. You get good views of the fells from there.
It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is handy. The place has a 4 Star rating, which means it’s comfortable and well looked after.
It's in a quiet spot but you can walk into the town centre in a few minutes. There's a pub nearby. You can start walks straight from the door. The heating is modern and controllable. There's an Amazon Echo in the lounge and bedrooms if you want to use it.
The car park is on site. There's a supermarket across the road if you need it, and they have an electric car charging point.
Keswick has everything you’d need: shops, cafes, a theatre by the lake. Derwentwater is a five minute drive, or a twenty minute walk. For a longer day out, you’re right in the middle of the Northern Lakes. Borrowdale is about ten minutes by car. The National Trust has a lot of information about the area.
The apartment is part of a development with a few different blocks. If you're a bigger group, you can book it together with the one next door, called Wise Cottage. That sleeps eight in total.
WiFi is included, and so are all bedding and towels. It's a no pets property.
