Elm Court 7
This is Elm Court 7. It's an apartment in Keswick, part of a modern block called Elliott Park. It's on the first floor.
It's at the back of the building, so it's quiet. The main thing is the view from the lounge. You look out over the river, the River Greta, and straight to the fells. You're right on the edge of town, so you get the peace but you can walk into the centre in a few minutes.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's clean and functional. The building has a security entrance.
You can hear the river from the apartment. There are walks right from the door along the riverbank. Keswick town centre is maybe a five minute walk for shops, cafes, and the like.
For a big day out, you're in the middle of it all. Derwentwater is about a ten minute walk. Catbells is a short drive away, maybe fifteen minutes. You can get to places like Buttermere or Borrowdale within half an hour.
What's here: parking is on site. There's a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot if you need it. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
