The Old Laundry 1
The Old Laundry One is in Keswick. It's up on the first and second floors of a converted building. You're two minutes' walk from the shops and pubs in the middle of town.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and modern. There's a lift if you need it, or stairs.
The main thing is the parking. You get your own secure garage, which is rare right in the centre. Upstairs, there's a private roof terrace that gets the sun. There's a shed on the ground floor for bikes and wet gear.
Inside, it's all open plan on the living floor. You've got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot if you need it. No pets, sorry.
You're in Keswick, so you're set for walking. Derwentwater is a ten minute walk. For a longer day, you can drive into the proper fells in about fifteen minutes.
