Briargarth is in Keswick. It's a bungalow on a quiet cul-de-sac, so there's no traffic. You can walk to the town centre in about five minutes.
It's detached with its own enclosed garden. The back garden looks out over the fells. You get some good sunsets from there.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, and two bathrooms which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable.
You can bring one dog. The garden is fully enclosed, which is useful for that.
The town is close. Shops, pubs, cafes, all a short walk away. You can also start a walk from the door if you want to head straight up the fells.
Keswick is a good base for the northern Lakes. Derwentwater is about a fifteen minute walk. You can get to most of the major fells within a half hour drive.
For facilities, it has the basics: wifi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking on the drive. A cot is available if you need it.
If you're planning walks, these sites are useful: Lake District National Park and National Trust Lake District.
