Walla Crag
Walla Crag is an apartment in Keswick. It's on a terrace, so you've got neighbours either side, but the views out the front windows are pretty good. You look over the rooftops towards the fells, Skiddaw included.
It sleeps five. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean, comfortable, and the living room gets the light. The kitchen has what you need.
You can walk into Keswick town centre in about ten minutes. There are shops, pubs, and places to eat. There's a local shop about five minutes away, and a pub and restaurant a bit further on.
You're right on the edge of the town here, so you can start a walk from the door. For a good one, you can head up Walla Crag itself, or round Derwentwater. The launch boats from Keswick are a nice way to get across the lake to start walks like Catbells.
Theatre by the Lake is in Keswick if you fancy a play. For other days out, you've got Castlerigg Stone Circle a couple of miles away, and you can drive to places like Grasmere or Buttermere in under half an hour. The coast at Allonby or St Bees is about 45 minutes.
Facilities: WiFi, TV, washing machine. Bedding is included. There's a walk-in shower and also a bath with a shower over. No pets.
