Walla Crag

Walla Crag is an apartment on a terrace in Keswick. It's about a ten minute walk into the market square. You can see Skiddaw from the windows.

It sleeps five. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well looked after. The living room is a good size with decent sofas.

You're right on the edge of town here, so you can walk out onto the fells almost straight away. Walla Crag itself is just behind you. For Cat Bells, a lot of people get the Keswick Launch boat across Derwent Water and start from there. It saves parking.

Keswick has all the usual outdoor shops, supermarkets, and places to eat. There's a pub about half a mile away. The Theatre by the Lake is good if you fancy a show.

For a big day out, you're in a good spot. Borrowdale is down the road. Ullswater is about a 20 minute drive. The coast at Workington is around 40 minutes if you need a change.

In the apartment you've got wifi, a TV, and a washing machine. All the bedding is provided. No pets, I'm afraid.
