Whiteside Lodge At Burnside Park
Whiteside Lodge is a log cabin on Burnside Park. The park is a woodland site just outside Keswick, about a fifteen minute walk into the town centre. The lodge looks right out over the Helvellyn mountain range, and Skiddaw is right behind you.
It sleeps six, has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean. It's a log cabin, so the feel is quite simple.
The site is well kept. It's quiet. You've got your own patio and garden area. There's parking right outside the lodge.
For facilities, you've got WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included.
Being here, you're really on the edge of Keswick. You can walk into town easily for shops and pubs. There's a local pub near the site too. From the town, you're straight onto the fells. For bigger days out, you're in the middle of the northern Lakes. Derwentwater is a short drive or a slightly longer walk.
