This is Flat 4 in Keswick. It's a first-floor apartment, so there's one flight of stairs up to it.
It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. They're decent sized rooms. There are two bathrooms, which is handy. It’s got a 3 Star rating. That means everything is clean and in good order, but it’s not a fancy hotel.
The location is the main thing. You can walk to everything in Keswick in a few minutes. The shops, pubs, and restaurants are about 300 yards away. You can see some of the fells from the windows.
You can park your car on site and just leave it. Derwentwater is a short walk. There’s a leisure pool with a flume in town. You can get boat trips or hire rowing boats on the lake. For walks, you can start straight from the door, from an easy lakeside stroll to something bigger like Skiddaw. The bus service around the lakes is good if you don’t want to drive.
Inside, it’s got what you’d need: a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a highchair if required. No pets allowed.
