Valentine Cottage
Valentine Cottage is in Keswick town centre. It's on a quiet lane off the main street. You're about two hundred yards from the shops, pubs, and restaurants. It's handy for getting to things.
The cottage sleeps five. There are three bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well looked after. The hot water is good and reliable.
The back garden is enclosed. It's a proper walled garden, so it's private and safe for a dog or kids. You get a good view of the fells from there.
Fitz Park is right by the footbridge at the end of the lane. It's a big park with a play area, tennis, and plenty of space. The leisure centre is next to it if you want a swim or the gym. Derwentwater and the lake cruises are about a fifteen minute walk.
You can take one dog. The park and the river walk are good for that. The lane itself is quiet, so you're not taking them straight onto a busy road.
Inside, there's a washing machine, a dishwasher, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot if you need it. You can store bikes.
For planning walks or days out, these sites are useful: Lake District National Park and National Trust Lake District. The Theatre by the Lake and the cinema are both in town, a few minutes' walk away.
