Over Brandelhow is a cottage on Catbells, near Grange. It's semi-detached, basically part of a pair. The views are the main thing. You look south over Derwentwater and down Borrowdale.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One double is on the ground floor, another is upstairs with an ensuite. The stairs are fine.
The living area is open plan, with doors out onto a slate terrace. That's where you’ll sit. The kitchen has what you need, and there’s a big table. It's heated by an air source heat pump, so it's warm. There's Starlink wifi.
You get a lot of wildlife. Red squirrels are around. The garden backs right onto the fell, so you can walk straight up onto Catbells from the door. A path through the woods takes you down to the lake at Brandelhow. You can catch the ferry from there.
Grange village is about a mile away. Keswick is five miles, so about fifteen minutes by car around the lake.
For facilities, it's all there. Washing machine, dishwasher, TV, parking. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
