The main thing is the view. You look out over the River Greta and straight across to the fells. It's a quiet spot but you can walk into the centre of Keswick in a few minutes. There's a shop about a hundred yards away, and a pub and restaurant not much further.
You can start a walk up the fells right from the door. Or, it's a short stroll to get to the parks, Derwentwater, and the Theatre by the Lake. There's a golf course nearby too.
You can bring one dog. The parking is on site. There's a washing machine, a TV, and WiFi. All the bedding and towels are included.
