3 The Hollies is an apartment on the first floor of an old house in Keswick. It's a quiet spot even though you're just a minute's walk from the main street.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It has a 4 Star rating. It was refurbished a while back, but it's comfortable and well looked after.
The main thing is the view. You get a good view of the fells from most of the rooms. It's peaceful.
You have your own parking space, which is useful in Keswick.
Inside, there's a washing machine and a dishwasher. WiFi works. There's a cot if you need it. Bedding is included. There's a small patio area too.
You can walk to everything in town, and a local pub is close by. For getting out, you're right on the edge of the Lake District. Derwentwater is about a ten minute walk. You can drive to Borrowdale or over to Ullswater in under half an hour.
