Jasmine Cottage is a terraced cottage in Keswick. It's on a cobbled lane just off the main square.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms. There's a double room and another with bunk beds. One bathroom. It's a 3 Star, so it's clean and has what you need. It's traditional stone inside, so it's compact and cosy.
You're right in the middle of town. The front door opens onto a pedestrianised area. That means you can walk to everything. There's a shop about fifty yards away, and a pub about a hundred. The Thursday and Saturday market is basically on your doorstep.
You get a parking permit for the Allerdale car parks. The nearest one is Central Car Park, about a three or four minute walk from the cottage. You park there and then you can mostly forget the car.
The lanes from the cottage lead down to Derwentwater in about a mile. You can walk round it or get a boat from there. For a proper walk, you can go up through Fitz Park to Latrigg. The views from there are good.
If you're after something to do, the Theatre by the Lake is a ten minute walk. The Puzzling Place is a few minutes away. The Derwent Pencil Museum is about half a mile.
It has a small patio area out the back. Wifi, TV, washing machine, all the basics. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
