Barleycorn is in Keswick, on the edge of Fitz Park. It's a short walk into town, maybe five minutes if you go through the park.

It sleeps four people. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. The bathroom's modern, it's been done up recently. The garden's a good size, it's got decking and it's enclosed. The river Greta is right next to it. You can hear the water.

You're two minutes from the leisure centre with the pool. There's a local pub nearby. We allow one dog.

The property has a 3 Star rating. It means it's comfortable and clean, not luxury. There's parking on the drive.

You've got the fells on your doorstep. Derwentwater is a ten minute walk. For a longer day out, you can drive to the Honister Slate Mine or Castlerigg Stone Circle in under fifteen minutes. Grasmere and Ullswater are within half an hour.
