Inglewood is in Keswick. It's one of a pair of cottages built in the nineties, so it's not an old farmhouse or anything. Everything works like it should.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which is just a way of saying it's comfortable and well equipped.
The location is handy. You're tucked away a bit, but you're still only about a five minute walk to the main shops and pubs. You can hear a bit of town noise sometimes.
The cottage is warm and dry. There's a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking for one car on site. No pets, sorry.
You're right on the edge of town, so you can walk straight out onto the fells. For a proper hike, Skiddaw is right there. Derwentwater is about a fifteen minute walk away. There's kayaking and rowing boats there if you want them.
Keswick has the usual stuff: pubs, restaurants, a cinema, a leisure pool. The Theatre by the Lake is nice. If you want to drive out, Borrowdale is about ten minutes one way, and Whinlatter Forest is about fifteen minutes the other.
