Squirrel Nutkin

The cottage is called Squirrel Nutkin. It's in Keswick, on a quiet street just off the main road.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. The rating is 4 Star. It's modern and clean. Everything works. The garden is enclosed, which is handy if you have a dog.

You can bring one pet. You'll need to bring a bed for it.

It's a short walk into Keswick town centre. Five minutes, maybe. You cut through Fitz Park, which is nice. The park has a playground, tennis courts, and bowls.

From the cottage, you can walk straight up Latrigg. It's a good first climb. The old railway line path is flat and goes for miles, if you just want a stroll. The leisure pool and the adventure centre are very close.

For more serious stuff, Skiddaw is right there. Borrowdale is a fifteen-minute drive. You can reach Buttermere, Grasmere, and Ullswater all within about half an hour.

The cottage has parking. There's WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. We've got a cot and a highchair if you need them.
