Wickhams View

Wickhams View is an apartment in Keswick. It's on the first floor, above the shops. We've got two parking spaces round the back, which is handy.

It's a 3 Star place. It sleeps four, but there's only one bedroom. That bedroom has a double bed and a set of bunk beds, so it works for friends or a family with kids. One bathroom. The kitchen was new a few years ago. The living room is big with a high ceiling. The wifi works.

The location is the main thing. You come out the front door and you're right behind Main Street. All the shops, pubs, and places to eat are there. You can walk to Hope Park or down to Derwentwater in five minutes.

You can walk straight onto the fells from here. Borrowdale is just up the road. If you don't have a car, the bus station is close. It's good for the Honister Rambler or the Borrowdale bus.

There's a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a travel cot if you need it. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog.

One thing to know: the stairs up to the flat are a bit steep. They're not dangerous, but you need to watch your step.
