Rose Patch Cottage
Rose Patch Cottage is in Keswick town centre. It's semi-detached, one of a terrace. You're about a minute's walk from the market square and the main shops.
It sleeps up to eleven people. There are five bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of which are en-suite. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's a big, practical house for a group, spread over three floors.
The living room is a good size and leads into a separate dining room. Outside there's a terraced area at the front. You can sit out there with a drink.
A local pub and a restaurant are about 50 yards away. The main shops are 100 yards. It's a busy spot in the middle of town, so there will be people passing by.
You can walk down to Derwentwater in the evening. The lake launches are there if you want a boat trip. A lot of the famous walks, like Catbells, start from points around the lake. Keswick's theatre is down there too.
For driving out, you're right in the Lake District National Park. Borrowdale is a ten minute drive. Ullswater is about twenty minutes. The Whinlatter Forest trails are fifteen minutes away.
In the house there's a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. No pets, sorry.
