Within half an hour you can drive to lots of places. Borrowdale, Buttermere, and Ullswater are all close. Grasmere is about twenty minutes away.
For facilities, you’ve got a dishwasher, washing machine, wifi, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. No pets, I’m afraid.
