The Bolthole (Formerly Candlemas)

The Bolthole is a bungalow up off the main road in Keswick. It's semi-detached. You get a good view from the back garden across to the fells like Catbells and Skiddaw.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one double and one twin. One bathroom. It's a 3 Star place, so it's comfortable and clean but don't expect anything fancy. Everything is on the ground floor. The garden has a picnic table and a bench.

You can walk into Keswick town centre in about ten minutes. Derwentwater is down there too. The Theatre by the Lake and the Alhambra Cinema are a short walk away. For walking, you can be on the fells about five minutes from the door.

Facilities: there's a driveway that fits two cars. The garage is handy for storing bikes or a canoe. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher. WiFi and a TV with Freesat are included. Bedding and towels are provided. We allow up to two dogs.
