This is 14 Elm Court, in Keswick. It's a first-floor apartment in a modern block by the river. You need a code to get into the building.
It's for four people. Two bedrooms. One bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and tidy, not especially old-fashioned.
The spot is good. You're right on the edge of town, so you can see the fells from the windows but it's only a few minutes' walk to the shops and pubs. You can start a walk straight from the door.
Keswick itself is well set up. Plenty of outdoor shops, cafes, and places to eat. Derwentwater is about a twenty minute walk away, or a couple of minutes in the car.
If you want to drive out, you're in a good position. Borrowdale is about ten minutes south. Ullswater is maybe twenty-five minutes to the east. The main roads to places like Buttermere or Grasmere are easy from here.
For what's here: there's a dishwasher, a TV, WiFi, and parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot if you need one. You can bring one dog.
