Littlethwaite
Littlethwaite is near Keswick, on the edge of a little hamlet called Thrushwood. It's a detached house, so no neighbours through the walls. You can walk into Keswick if you want to, it's not far.
It sleeps six. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an extra toilet by the front door. One bedroom is upstairs, the other two are on the ground floor. The main bedroom has a super king bed and good views.
The living room looks out over the fells. There's a Smart TV. The kitchen has a dining table and there's a separate games room with a pool table, a TV, and some board games. The garage is attached to the house, which is handy for storing bikes or a canoe if you've brought them. The washing machine and tumble dryer are in there too.
The garden is on three levels. It's south facing, so you get the sun. The views from the garden and the living room are good, looking over towards Borrowdale and Newlands.
You can start walks right from the door. Latrigg is a straightforward climb from here. For something bigger, you can get onto the Skiddaw range. Keswick has all the shops and places to eat you'll need.
Facilities wise: everything's included - bedding, towels, electricity. There's parking on site, WiFi, a dishwasher, a cot and a highchair. No pets, sorry.
