High Views
High Views is a flat in Keswick. It's on a side street just behind the Main Street, so it's quiet but you're only a minute's walk from the shops. The front door is right off the street.
It sleeps three. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating. It's been done up recently, so it's clean and everything works. The kitchen has decent appliances and a dishwasher.
You can walk to Derwentwater in about ten minutes. You don't need the car to get onto some of the fells either, you can start walking from town. Keswick is between Skiddaw and the lake, so it's a good base for walking.
There's a pub and a shop about fifty yards away. The town has plenty of places to eat. For a bigger shop, Booths is on the main street.
Facilities: there's parking for one car on site. WiFi is included. Bedding and towels are provided. There's a TV. It's available over Christmas.
For planning days out, the Lake District National Park site is useful. The National Trust also looks after a lot of the local land.
