Bridge House

Bridge House is in Threlkeld. It's a stone cottage, right in the middle of the village. You look out at the churchyard and the fells.

It sleeps five. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's a 3 Star place, so it's comfortable and clean. The living area is bigger than you'd think from the outside. There's a woodburning stove.

You've got two pubs a short walk away. Both do food, one has a really good restaurant. The bus to Keswick stops right opposite, it goes every hour. Keswick is four miles. It's a proper market town, on Derwentwater.

If you turn left out of the side of the cottage, you're straight onto the footpath up Blencathra. It's right there. The village hall sometimes has events on.

Facilities: there's a TV, fibre broadband, a patio area at the front. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
