Hillside Cottage
Hillside Cottage is in Keswick. It's a detached house, so no one's attached. There's a garden that's just for you. The views are towards Latrigg.
It sleeps four. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's rated Four Star. It was done up in 2019, so everything's in good order. The living room has a wood burner. The stairs are normal.
There's a shop and a pub about ten minutes walk away. Keswick town centre is about a mile. It's a proper market town with cafes, pubs, and shops. The Theatre by the Lake is on Derwentwater.
You can walk to Castlerigg Stone Circle from the cottage in about fifteen minutes. For bigger walks, you've got Latrigg and Catbells right there. Skiddaw and Blencathra are close too. Derwentwater is where you go for boats.
Within a half hour drive you've got places like the Lakes Distillery and the Lake District Wildlife Park over at Bassenthwaite. Helvellyn is that way too if you're up for a proper hike.
Facilities: it's got parking, a washing machine, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. No pets.
