11 Elm Court is in Keswick. It's a one bedroom apartment on the ground floor. Sleeps two. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well equipped.
The apartment is on the edge of town. You can see Skiddaw from the windows. It's a quiet spot but you can walk into the centre in a few minutes. The shops, pubs and restaurants are about 400 yards away.
The access is flat with no steps, so it's straightforward if you have mobility issues or just don't fancy stairs. There's parking right outside the building.
Inside, it's got everything you'd need. There's a dishwasher, a washing machine, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. The shower is a walk-in type.
You can bring one dog. It's a good base for walking straight from the door, or for driving out further into the fells.
Keswick itself has all the usual lakeside things. For planning days out, the National Trust Lake District site is useful, and so is the Lake District National Park Authority website.
