1 Harney Peak is in Portinscale. It's a small, quiet village. You can walk into Keswick in about twenty minutes.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well looked after.
The layout is a bit different. The living room and kitchen are upstairs. That's where the best light is. Good views over the rooftops. Two sofas and a big table. The kitchen is new.
Both bedrooms are downstairs. One double, one twin. The bathroom is down there too, with a shower over the bath.
You get two parking spots right outside, which is handy. Your own front door.
There are good flat walks from the door. You can go down to Derwentwater marina or along the path into Keswick. The launch boats are at Nichol End, just down the road. For a short, popular walk with good views, Catbells is nearby.
Portinscale has a pub that does food. Keswick has everything else: shops, cafes, a cinema, more pubs. It's an easy walk.
It has a dishwasher and a washing machine. WiFi and a smart TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a highchair if you need one.
