York House
York House is in Keswick. It's a town house, so everything is close. You're five minutes from the shops on a level walk. The convention centre is a couple of hundred yards away if that's what you're here for.
It sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. It was completely done up not long ago, so everything feels new and is in good condition.
The garden is enclosed. It's got a patio area too. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. Beds are made up for you. We've got a cot and a highchair if you need them.
You're very close to Fitz Park and the River Greta. The Keswick leisure centre is just down the road. A local pub is within easy walking distance.
You can walk into the fells from the door. The town is a good base so you don't always need the car. For wider trips, you're in the middle of the Lake District. Bassenthwaite Lake is about ten minutes by car. Derwentwater is just over a mile away.
