This is the Royal Views apartment. It’s in Keswick town centre, right next to the George Fisher shop. You can walk to everything from here. Shops, pubs, the swimming pool, it’s all a minute away.

It’s a one bedroom place, sleeps two. It’s got a 3 Star rating. That means it’s clean and has what you need, but it’s not luxurious. The bathroom has a shower.

You get a parking space, which is useful in Keswick. There’s a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included.

There are a few flights of steps to get up to the apartment. Just so you know.

It’s a five minute walk through Hope Park to Derwentwater. You can get the launches from there to go around the lake. The theatre is down there too.

You’re right in the middle of the Northern Fells. Good walks start from the town. For planning, the Lake District National Park site is useful. Also, National Trust Lake District for their houses and walks.
