1 Lonsdale House
This is 1 Lonsdale House. It's on the edge of Keswick, part of the Greta Grove Apartments. You're in a modern building, but you look straight out at the fells. It's a good spot if you want to be able to walk into town but also walk straight out into the countryside.
It's a ground floor apartment. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms, so it sleeps four. It's got a 4 Star rating so it's well kept and comfortable. There's a fireplace in the living room that works.
The apartment comes with the things you'd expect. Dishwasher, washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi. Your own parking space right outside. Bedding and towels are included.
You can walk into Keswick centre in about ten minutes. All the shops and pubs are there. For walking, you can head out the door and be on a path towards the Latrigg & Skiddaw side of things without getting in the car.
Derwentwater is very close. You can drive down to the landing stages in a few minutes, or walk it in twenty. From there you can get the launch boats around the lake.
Within half an hour you can be at the foot of lots of the big fells. Helvellyn, the Borrowdale valley, and the Whinlatter forest are all in easy reach if you're driving.
