4 The Plosh is a one bedroom cottage in Keswick. It sleeps two. You can bring one dog.
It's a traditional cottage, so it's on three floors. The kitchen and shower room are downstairs on the lower ground floor. The lounge is on the middle floor, and the bedroom is up the stairs on the top floor. The stairs are typical cottage stairs, so they're fairly steep.
The location is quiet but very central. You're about a hundred yards from the main shops and pubs. George Fisher, the outdoor shop, is right there if you need any gear. You've got restaurants, pubs, and everything else pretty much on the doorstep.
It's got a 3 Star rating. That means it's comfortable and clean, not luxurious. All the bedding and towels are included. There's a TV, WiFi, and a cot if you need it. Parking is on the street.
For walks, you can be on the fells in no time. Derwentwater is a few minutes' walk away. You can drive to places like Buttermere or Borrowdale in under half an hour. The Lake District National Park website is good for planning.
