So, 12A Elm Court is an apartment in Keswick. It's on the second floor, which it doesn't say in the name. You get a good view from there, across the river towards Skiddaw.
It's modern inside, just been done up. It sleeps two, one bedroom and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. Elm Court is a set of apartments, so you'll have neighbours. Parking is right there on site.
The location is the main thing. You're just on the edge of town. It's about a five minute walk to the shops and pubs. But you look straight out at the fells. You can leave your car and walk from the door, up into the hills, which is handy.
The apartment has what you'd expect: WiFi, TV, a dishwasher and a washing machine. All the bedding and towels are included. No pets allowed.
Keswick itself has everything: outdoor shops, cafes, a couple of supermarkets. Derwentwater is a ten minute walk. For a longer drive, Borrowdale is about ten minutes one way, and Ullswater is maybe half an hour.
