12A Elm Court is a first-floor flat in a modern block. It’s on the edge of Keswick, overlooking the River Greta. You can see Skiddaw from the living room window. It’s just a short walk into the town centre.
It sleeps two, one bedroom, one bathroom. It’s got a 4 Star rating. Everything works, it’s clean and well looked after.
The flat is part of the Elm Court complex, so there are other holiday lets in the building. It’s usually quiet. There’s a private parking space.
You can walk straight from the door. Fitz Park is right there, and you can follow the river. The town centre with its shops and pubs is about a five-minute walk. A good local pub is 400 yards away.
For a bigger day out, Derwentwater is less than a mile. You can catch the launch from there. Catbells is a classic walk, about a ten-minute drive. The National Trust pages are useful for planning.
The flat has a washing machine, dishwasher, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. No pets, sorry.
