Loft 10
Loft 10 is a top floor flat in a converted hotel right in the middle of Keswick. It's on the third floor. There's a lift to the second floor, then a flight of stairs up to it. It's bright, with decent views over the rooftops towards Skiddaw.
It sleeps three. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's been done up fairly recently, so it's clean and modern.
You're right in town, so everything is a minute's walk away. Shops, pubs, cafes, outdoor gear shops. You won't need the car once you're here. There's a parking space for one car.
It's about a ten minute walk down through Hope Park to Derwentwater and the Theatre by the Lake. You can get boat trips from the Keswick Launch jetty there. The park itself has putting greens.
For walking, you're basically in the middle of it all. You can pick up paths for Catbells or Walla Crag without much fuss. The National Trust looks after a lot of the shoreline. For a bigger day out, places like Buttermere or Grasmere are less than half an hour's drive.
Facilities: everything's included. Wifi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are provided. No pets.
