Loft 10
Loft 10 is an apartment in Keswick. It's on the third floor of what used to be the Royal Oak Hotel, so there are stairs to get up there. It's at the top, so it's bright and you get a good view out over the town towards Skiddaw.
It sleeps three. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's been done up recently in a clean, modern style.
You're right in the middle of Keswick. Shops and pubs are about fifty yards away. To get to Derwentwater, you walk through Hope Park, which takes about ten minutes. The Theatre by the Lake is there too. The Keswick Launch boats go from there if you want a trip on the water.
The whole place is good for walking. You can be on a path out of town very quickly. For a bigger day out, National Trust Borrowdale is about a twenty minute drive. The Lake District National Park site has ideas for routes.
Inside, it's got what you'd need: a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a parking space for one car. No pets.
