Spire View is an apartment in Ruswarp village, near Whitby. It's modern inside. It's on the first floor, up a flight of external stairs from your parking spot.
It's for four people. Two bedrooms, one bathroom, plus another shower room off the main bedroom. It has a five star rating, so it's got things like a dishwasher, good Wi-Fi, an electric car charger and smart TVs. It's been done up by a local design company, so it looks smart.
You can bring two dogs. The sofa and floors are made to handle it.
The flat looks out towards Whitby, so you can see the abbey and the church from the big windows.
Ruswarp is quiet. There's a pub a few minutes walk away. You can walk along the river or watch the steam trains go by on the line to Whitby. Whitby itself is about five minutes in the car. You know Whitby, fish and chips, the abbey, the harbour.
Within half an hour you've got the North York Moors for walking, places like Goathland or Robin Hood's Bay for a drive, and the North Yorkshire Moors Railway. The National Park website has walking routes.
York is about an hour's drive if you fancy a day trip.
