Moby Dick Cottage

Moby Dick Cottage is a ground floor flat in Whitby. It overlooks the marina. You can be in the middle of town in a couple of minutes.

It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's modern and well-equipped. You can bring one dog.

The flat is all on one level. The bathroom has a shower with a seat in it. There's a TV and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included.

You're very close to things. The pub is about twenty yards away. The shop is two hundred yards. The beach is five hundred yards.

Whitby itself is a proper working harbour. You can watch the boats. There are lots of pubs, cafes, and fish and chip shops. The famous abbey is up the 199 steps. The Cleveland Way coastal path starts there.

Within half an hour's drive you've got Robin Hood's Bay, which is a beautiful old fishing village tucked in the cliffs. You can also get onto the North York Moors very quickly. The North Yorkshire Moors Railway steam trains are about a twenty minute drive away at Grosmont.

There's storage for bikes if you bring them.
