Cobble Cottage is in Whitby, on the West Cliff. It's a modern place, built six years ago on an old workshop site. It's one of three in a row.
It sleeps eight people. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is upstairs with the living area, the other three are downstairs. It's a 4 Star place, so it's well looked after.
You go up seven steps to the front door, which is on the first floor. The main living room, kitchen and dining area are all up there. It's open plan. Downstairs, one of the king bedrooms has French doors out to a small private yard.
There's one parking permit for the West Cliff car park. It's about a five minute walk from the cottage.
You're very close to everything. The town centre, the harbour, the shops and pubs are just a short walk away. The beach is there too. If you like walking, you can get straight onto the Cleveland Way coastal path.
For days out, Robin Hood's Bay is about fifteen minutes' drive south. The North York Moors are right on the doorstep. Places like Goathland or Grosmont are within half an hour. Saltburn and Scarborough are a bit further, maybe forty minutes depending on traffic.
In terms of what's here: all bedding and towels are included. There's a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, and a cot and highchair if you need them. There's a small patio area out the back. No pets, I'm afraid.
