On the ground floor you have the kitchen with a breakfast bar and a separate utility room, leading through into the dining room and the living room. The property is completed with the main bathroom. The location is fabulous. Sandsend is a gorgeous little coastal village, at low tide you have a vast expanse of soft sand stretching for miles. Sandsend is very popular with fisherman, surfers, walkers as well as golfers who visit the golf club perched up on the cliff top opposite Toll Bar Cottage. The North York Moors Railway runs from Whitby to Pickering and stops at some beautiful villages whilst journeying through the vast expanse of the scenic moorland. For family days out there’s lots to do nearby, from Scarborough’s waterpark, Sea Life centre, open air theatre or Oriental gardens with paddle boats. Flamingoland theme park and zoo, Dalby Forest with tree top zip wire trails, or even a traditional day out at the beach perhaps including a donkey ride. Your well-behaved dogs are very welcome to join you, this area is heaven for dogs with an abundance of walks as well as dog friendly pubs and cafés all on your doorstep and even a dog bakery in Whitby!
