Bee's Place is in Whitby. It's detached, so no one next door. You're about a mile from the town centre up the hill.
It sleeps six, across four bedrooms. There's one bathroom. So you all have to get along. It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's comfortable and well looked after.
The garden is fully enclosed, over a hundred feet long. It's safe for dogs, we take up to three. You get a good view from the dining area.
The stairs are normal. The kitchen has a dishwasher and there's a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot, highchair, and stairgate if you need them. Parking is on site.
You can walk into Whitby, but it's a steep hill back. The main beach is a mile away. The local pub is about a ten minute walk. There's a leisure centre with a pool a short drive away.
From here you're close to the coast and the North York Moors. The North York Moors are great for walking. You can get the steam train from Whitby into the heart of it. The North York Moors National Park site has good information.
Along the coast, Robin Hood's Bay is about a fifteen minute drive. Staithes and Sandsend are similar. For a bigger day out, the RSPB site at Bempton Cliffs is about an hour's drive. Flamingoland, the Sea Life Centre, and Dalby Forest are all within about forty minutes.
