This place is called What A View! It's in Whitby, on the West Cliff. It's an end of terrace house. You can see the sea from the front and the Abbey from the back.
It sleeps six people in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well-equipped and comfortable. The stairs inside are a bit steep, like a lot of houses round here. You come in through the garden at the back, which is enclosed and has a patio and a summer house.
The main thing is the view from the first floor lounge. There are french doors that open onto a small balcony. You can see the harbour and the Abbey from there. The master bedroom has the same view.
You're about a fifteen minute walk from the town centre and the harbour. There's a shop about five minutes away. The nearest pub is a bit further, maybe a twenty minute walk.
Whitby's good for walking. The Cleveland Way starts here. You can walk along the cliffs to Robin Hood's Bay. The North York Moors National Park is right on the doorstep if you want to drive out. The moors railway runs from Pickering to Whitby, which takes about half an hour by car.
In the house, there's WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, and parking for one car outside. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. You can bring up to two dogs. It's decorated for Christmas if you book over that period.
