River Side is in Whitby. It's a third floor apartment, but there's a lift so you don't have to use the stairs. You can walk to the harbour in about five minutes.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating. Everything works, it's clean, and it's furnished to a decent standard.

The North York Moors are right there. You can drive to places like Goathland, which is the Heartbeat village, in under half an hour. For a day out, National Trust Yorkshire Coast has good information on the area.
