Tidal View

Tidal View is a flat on the third floor, just up from the harbour in Whitby. It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which is good.

It's a modern place. The main room is open plan. You get a good view of the harbour and the abbey from the windows. There's a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included.

You can walk into Whitby in a few minutes. Leave the car in the on site parking if you want. There's a pub about 300 yards away, and a shop a quarter of a mile.

The best thing is the walking. You can be on the coastal path straight from the door. The old railway line towards Scarborough is good for a flat walk. There's also a riverside walk.

For a day out, Robin Hood's Bay is about fifteen minutes by car. Staithes is about twenty five minutes. The North York Moors National Park starts just south of town.
