Albion Cottage is on the western edge of Whitby, near the golf course. It's detached. You've got a driveway and the garden wraps around the place. There's a patio at the front with a view of the sea.
It sleeps seven. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. The stairs are fine.
There's a conservatory off the back looking onto the garden, which is nice when it rains. The kitchen has everything you'd need. The garage is handy if you've got bikes or a lot of gear to store.
You can walk into Whitby from here. It's a proper seaside town. There's the abbey, the harbour, the beach. The beach is about a third of a mile. The town has good pubs and fish and chips. It gets busy with the Goth weekends and things, so check the dates if you want quiet.
For walking, the Cleveland Way coastal path is right there. Robin Hood's Bay is about a fifteen minute drive south. The North York Moors National Park starts just inland. You can get the steam train from Whitby to Pickering, which goes right through it.
Facilities: it has a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. Parking for two cars on the drive. You can bring two dogs. There's a shower over one bath.
