Jays View
Jays View is in Whitby, a ten minute walk from the harbour and town centre. It's a mid-terrace house on three floors, so there are a fair few stairs. You get private parking, which is useful in Whitby.
It sleeps six in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's modern inside.
The back garden is on three little levels. There's a table and chairs on the bottom bit and a bench up the top.
You've got a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. There are Smart TVs in the living room, main bedroom, and the top floor. The top floor has beanbags and is set up as a space for kids.
There's a shop and a pub about five minutes walk away. The beach is about a fifteen minute walk.
Whitby itself is a proper fishing town. The North York Moors are right there. The Cleveland Way coastal path goes through the town. You can walk to Robin Hood's Bay along the old railway line, which they call the Cinder Track.
If you drive, you can get to places like Staithes or Runswick Bay in about twenty minutes. Scarborough is about forty minutes south. The North York Moors Railway steam train goes from Pickering to Whitby, through Goathland.
