The place is big, with high ceilings. There are original fireplaces in the bedrooms. The stairs are normal for a house this age.
The kitchen has a big window looking out over the valley. The dining table has some church pews and chairs. It's just how we found them. The kitchen itself is modern, with a dishwasher and all that.
Outside there's a patio with a table and chairs. The view is over fields.
In Sleights village there's a pub, a butcher, a bakery, a chip shop, and a small shop. The next village, Ruswarp, is just down the road. You can hire boats or paddleboards on the river there.
